Why Property?

Property is extremely wide and diverse, with an enormous array of different careers within the industry. Property skills are generally easily transferrable from one property profession to another. Earning potential is excellent and hard work is typically rewarded. 

There are good opportunities for personal development and career progression. A large percentage of property professionals are in their late career, so there are some exciting opportunities opening up for graduates coming through.

  • Plant and Machinery Valuation
  • Management, which includes an array of careers from facilities management, leasing agency, tenant representation, right through to project management
  • Property Finance and Investment, banking

Within each of these careers, a practitioner can also focus particularly on a type of property, including commercial, residential, or rural.
