The pace of change in all sectors of business and industry continues to increase. Property professionals need to keep abreast of changes in many areas including: technology, legislation, methodology, business management, marketing and quality assurance. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provides the mechanism through which professionals can meet the challenges of today's business environment.
Many professional institutes have CPD policies in place in order to assist their members to remain competitive in the market place. All Property Institute members are required to undertake a minimum of twenty hours of CPD each year.
