Emissions Trading Scheme Webinar

The presentation is an introduction to the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme.  The presenter will speak about how the ETS is designed to support New Zealand's Kyoto protocol obligations and how trading carbon units is designed to incentivise reductions in emissisions.  The presentation will cover what sectors are participants in this scheme, how participants can earn or be liable for units and how the scheme will impact on all New Zealanders.
